Separation between centres
Each centre's data is scoped to that centre on every request, in its own database or tagged and filtered in a shared one. It is tested on every change.
Money handled exactly
Fee payments and subscriptions go through Razorpay. Every payment, receipt and refund is recorded once and can be traced.
An audit trail
Sign-ins and important changes, such as marks, fees, roles and settings, are logged with who made them and when.
Backups we actually restore
Databases are backed up and encrypted, and restores are rehearsed, not just assumed to work.
