Student Directory
Access your complete active student roster at /tutor/students. Filter records by:
- Batch or Program
- Branch Location
- Fee Payment Status (Paid, Partial, Overdue)
- Attendance Bracket (e.g. Below 75% risk threshold)
Enrolling a Student
Click New Student to open the admission form. Enter:

Clicking on any student at /tutor/students/{id} reveals their full historical record:
- Attendance Record: Lifetime percentage, recent absences, and leave applications.
- Exam Scorecards: Marks achieved in weekly tests, mock exams, and percentile trends.
- Fee Ledger: Total tuition fee, payments received, pending instalments, and downloadable receipt PDFs.
- Doubt Tickets & Homework: Homework submission history and faculty replies.
Student ID & QR Codes
Every student profile comes with a scannable QR code. Teachers or reception staff can scan this code using a mobile camera or barcode scanner at the centre entrance to log check-ins and verify student identity instantly.
Bulk CSV Import
If you have hundreds of students in an existing spreadsheet, navigate to /tutor/students and select Import CSV. Acadiom validates phone numbers, prevents duplicate email creation, and maps students directly into their batches in bulk.
