- Attendance Consistency (30%): Are students attending classes regularly?
- Fee Recovery Rate (30%): What percentage of billed instalments are cleared on time?
- Exam Participation (20%): Are enrolled students taking tests and submitting homework?
- Lead Conversion Velocity (20%): Is your enquiry pipeline actively replenishing seats?
Early Warning Drop-Out Signals
Students rarely drop out overnight; disengagement exhibits predictable warning signals. Acadiom Tutor flags students who trigger:
- 3 consecutive unexplained absences.
- A sudden 20%+ drop in test scores between consecutive chapters.
