Start every morning at /tutor/reports/daily. The summary view aggregates:
- Total new walk-in enquiries and conversions logged today.
- Overall student attendance percentage across morning and evening shifts.
- Today's fee collections broken down by cash, UPI, and online card payments.
- Upcoming batch classes and faculty schedule for the day.
Batch-Level Profit & Loss (P&L)
Traditional accounting software only shows institute-wide revenue, concealing unprofitable batches. Acadiom Tutor's Batch P&L report at /tutor/insight/batch-pnl connects revenue and operational costs:
Gross Margin = Total Collected Batch Fees − (Teacher Session Payouts + Room Overhead)
Identify which batches generate high gross margins (e.g. 68% on Weekend Advanced Batch) and which batches have too few students to cover faculty costs.
Teacher Productivity & Hours
Navigate to /tutor/insight/teacher-productivity to inspect:
- Total class hours delivered by each teacher this month.
- Average student attendance in each faculty member's lectures.
- Average test score improvements in subjects taught by the teacher.
