Certificate Types
Acadiom Tutor provides built-in certificate generation at /tutor/certificates:
- Certificate of Completion: Awarded upon concluding a batch program or academic term.
- Certificate of Excellence / Rank: Awarded to top scorers in competitive mock tests or annual examinations.
Issuing Certificates
Navigate to /tutor/certificates and click Issue Certificate:
- Select the target batch or individual student.
- Choose the certificate template and issue date.
- Enter achievements, rank position, or custom remarks.
- Click Generate. A cryptographic verification token is minted and stamped onto the certificate.
QR Code Security & Verification
Every certificate generated by Acadiom Tutor embeds a scannable QR code linking to a public verification page:
Public Verification: Anyone (schools, universities, employers, or parents) can scan the QR code using any smartphone camera. It opens
/tutor/certificates/verify/{hash} and validates that the certificate is authentic, issued by your registered centre, and displays the recipient name and issue date.
Custom Branding & PDF Downloads
Certificates feature your coaching centre's high-resolution logo, signature blocks (Director & Academic Head), and border styling. Students and parents can download print-ready vector PDFs directly from their respective portals (/student/login, /parent/login).
