Parent Sign-In
Parents sign in at /parent/login using the primary mobile number or email registered during admission.
- Single-tap password recovery is available at
/parent/forgot-password. - Compatible with mobile browsers on both Android and iOS devices.
Multi-Child Family Switcher
If a family has two or more children enrolled in your coaching centre (e.g. an elder child in Grade 12 JEE and a younger sibling in Grade 9 Foundation), the parent does not need separate accounts. The top navigation bar includes an instant Child Switcher dropdown.
What Parents Can See
The Parent Portal dashboard provides concise, high-trust transparency:
- Live Attendance Status: Instant verification of whether the child entered the coaching centre today.
- Academic Performance: Test ranks, score percentages, and teacher remarks.
- Timetable & Cancellations: Daily class timings and teacher schedules.
- Centre Announcements: Holiday notices, parent-teacher meeting (PTM) alerts, and exam schedules.
Online Fee Payments & Receipts
Parents can view pending instalment amounts, due dates, and previous payment receipts. If payment gateways are enabled, parents can click Pay Fee Online to clear tuition dues instantly via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking, receiving an instant PDF receipt on their phone.
