Broadcast important announcements, schedule urgent class alerts, and keep parents, students, and staff in sync via web tickers, push notices, and WhatsApp alerts.

Notice Categories

Manage institute notices at /tutor/notices. Announcements fall into three operational priority levels:

• Standard Notice: Routine circulars, upcoming holidays, syllabus schedules, or festival greetings.
• High Priority: Exam schedule releases, fee due deadlines, and parent-teacher meeting reminders.
• Urgent Alert: Unexpected weather closures, flash timetable changes, or transport delays.

Publishing a Notice

Click New Notice at /tutor/notices/create:

Urgent Breaking Ticker

When an alert is marked as Urgent, Acadiom Tutor displays a high-visibility animated banner across the top of all student and parent portals. This ensures critical updates (like heavy rain cancellations or room changes) cannot be overlooked.

Audience Targeting

Avoid spamming your entire institute. If a physics test is rescheduled for Batch 12-A, target the notice strictly to Batch 12-A. Students in other batches will not see unrelated notifications in their inbox.
