Assigning Plans to Students
Defining Fee Plans
Configure recurring or program-level fee structures at /tutor/fee-plans. Examples include:
- Lump-Sum Single Payment: E.g., ₹25,000 upfront with early-bird discount.
- Monthly Recurring Tuition: E.g., ₹2,500 due on the 5th of each month.
- Quarterly / Milestone Instalments: 3 instalments timed before major test cycles.
Instalment Schedules & Due Dates
Click Create Fee Plan and specify:

Total Course Fee
Enter the base tuition amount, plus optional components like Registration Fee, Study Material Fee, or Lab Fee.

Instalment Breakdown
Split into 1, 2, 3, or N instalments with custom percentage or flat values and due dates (e.g. 40% on Admission, 30% after 60 days, 30% after 120 days).
Scholarships & Concessions
Reward academic excellence or accommodate financial hardship without corrupting your base pricing:
- Merit Scholarship: E.g., 20% tuition waiver for scoring >90% in school exams.
- Sibling Discount: Fixed discount for families with multiple enrolled children.
- Staff Concession: Custom adjustment for children of institute employees.
Discounts require administrator approval and are permanently recorded in the financial audit log at /tutor/audit-logs.
Assigning Plans to Students
When admitting a student, select their designated fee plan. Acadiom Tutor automatically generates future instalment ledger rows with specific due dates, visible in the parent portal.
